Description

Pottstown School District is looking for a Full-Time Intervention Assistant at Franklin Elementary School. Under the general supervision of an Intervention Specialist, perform assessments of students, plan and provide small-group instruction for students in need of intervention.

  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred; minimum of 60 college credits required
  • PA Teaching Certification Highly Desirable
  • Reading Specialist Certification Highly Desirable
  • Teaching or Childcare Experience Preferred
  • Act 34, Act 114 and Act 151 Clearances Required 
  • Experience with Google Classrooms is preferred
  • Physical and TB test less than one year old will be required to begin employment

Paid 193-Days
